“You certainly will not leave this place hungry, not only are the food portions generous the food is amazing, 5 of us, all with different palates and no grumbles from anywhere. From perfectly cooked chicken to juicy burgers, and creamy risottos and egg stuffed tomatoes. The dips served with the bread should be bottled and sold, very light and refreshing. Jazzy music played lightly in the background, Tui's in the shrubbery outside the window and a nice finish to the carriages. Look forward to returning.”

“Went down to meet Chris to finalize details for an event I'm planning in the near future. I was pleasantly surprised by how great the decor of the carriages were. Thought they would be a little crowded but that is not the case, surprisingly there is plenty of room. The Wife and I had his Smoko On The Loco Morning Tea and we were most impressed. Enjoyed Chris's friendly banter and the service was second to none. Nice atmosphere too. If you want to go somewhere a little different, you really can't do better than The Blue Train.
